Dear competitors, we are glad to see you soon on the Rally.
You will find below the different steps to complete before the Rally.

I. ORDER YOUR EQUIPMENT

1. Smalltrack

Mandatory, delivered at the administrative checks: December 27th & 28th in Monaco (France)
DETAILS	Satellite tracking and security system providing : Automatic (inclinometer, decelerometer) & manual (pushing buttons) data to Race HQ in case of accident, medical emergency, mechanical issue, stop; Live tracking on map of all vehicles (competitors, organization, rescue,…) and time passage

2. Mounting Accessories

Smallrack requires a bracket and a power cable.
Read MOUNTING GUIDE - BIKE/QUAD to find complete details.
Then order your missing piece(s).
Mounting accessories must be fully set up by your own and your vehicle ready at your Technical Checks time slot.

3. Survival Equipment
We sell elementary survival equipment: aluminium blanket, distres mirror, strobe lamp, compass, light stick.

4. Satellite Phone Rental
Marlink rents last generation of Iridium Satellite Phone to contact anyone, anywhere in the world.
Phone comes with SIM card including 60 minutes of communication (towards GSM or Iridium network). Communication towards other satellites networks (such as Thuraya, Inmarsat GSPS) and additionnal communication will be invoiced at the end of the Rally.

II. DEPOSIT PROCESS

A deposit will be systematically requested before any rental delivery.
To spare time at the administrative checks fill up this DEPOSIT FORM and e-mail it to: services.events@marlink.com
In case you would have not sent this document, make sure to have your credit card with the amount available at the administrative checks.
Deposit: Smalltrack 750€ ; Satellite Phone 1000€
