Competitors/Team Manager, we are delighted to see you soon on the Rally.
You can find below different steps to complete before the Rally.

I. ORDER YOUR EQUIPMENT

1. Tracking and Safety device

SMALLTRACK Mandatory tracking and safety system (rental only) Only delivered at the administrative checks of the rally
DETAILS	Satellite tracking and security system providing in a single device: - Automatic (inclinometer, decelerometer) & manual (buttons) alarm sending to Race HQ in case of accident, medical emergency, technical/mechanical issue; - Live tracking on map of all vehicles (competitors, organization, rescue,…) and time passage;

2. Mounting Accessories

Smalltrack requires bracket & power cable.
Read MOUNTING GUIDE - CAR/SSV/TRUCK or MOUNTING GUIDE - BIKE to find complete details, then order your piece(s).

Bracket & power cable must be fully set up by your own and your vehicle ready to receive the device at the Technical Checks.

3. Survival Equipment

We sell elementary survival equipment (FIM regulation): aluminium blanket, distress mirror, strobe lamp, compass, light stick.

4. Satellite Phone Rental (Optionnal)

Marlink rents last generation of Iridium Satellite Phone to contact anyone, anywhere in the world. Keep in touch with your assistance at any time. Phone comes with SIM card including 60 minutes of communication & 60 SMS (towards GSM or Iridium network). Communication towards other satellites networks (such as Thuraya, Inmarsat GSPS) and additionnal communication will be invoiced at the end of the Rally.

II. DEPOSIT PROCESS

A deposit will be systematically requested before any rental delivery.

What it means :

- This is a pre-authorization on your credit card, the amount is blocked but not cashed (as for a rental car).
- We only accept Visa, Mastercard or french check (no Amex, international check ...)
- We process it during the administrative checks, the amount is released 30 days after.
- It is completly different than the deposit of your GPS (ERTF, TRIPY), these are different companies.

In case you would have not sent this document, make sure to have your credit card with the amount available at the administrative checks.
