Dear competitors, we are glad to see you soon on the Rally.
You will find below the different steps to complete before the Rally.

I. ORDER YOUR EQUIPMENT

1. Iritrack

MANDATORY

Hire equipment (Iritrack/satellite phone) will only be issued once the administrative checks have been completed, which will take place at the start of the rally -> April1st and 2nd in Agadir. Installation kits and accessories are delivered to the address of your choice or on the rally (choice to be made when validating the order).

2. Purchase your mounting accessories
Iritrack requires a complete mounting kit: bracket, cabling, antennas.
Read MOUNTING GUIDE to find complete details. Then order a complete kit or missing piece(s).

An Iritrack remote is available in the mounting accessories. It allows to spare space on your vehicle and facilitate your set up.
Confer to Mounting Guide to see if your bike requires this remote.

Mounting accessories must be fully set up by your own and your vehicle ready at your Technical Checks time slot.

3. Survival Equipment
We sell elementary survival equipment (FIM regulation): aluminium blanket, distress mirror, strobe lamp, compass, light stick.

4. Satellite Phone Rental
Marlink rents last generation of Iridium Satellite Phone to contact anyone, anywhere in the world.
Phone comes with SIM card including 60 minutes of communication (towards GSM or Iridium network). Communication towards other satellites networks (such as Thuraya, Inmarsat GSPS) and additionnal communication will be invoiced at the end of the Rally.

II. DEPOSIT PROCESS
A deposit will be systematically requested before any rental delivery. To spare time at the Administrative Checks fill up this DEPOSIT FORM and e-mail it to: services.events@marlink.com
In case you would have not sent this document, make sure to have your credit card with the amount available at the administrative checks.
